He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Hallman, Sr. and Flora Louise Schoettgen Hallman. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hallman; his sons, Victor (Monica) and Chris Hallman (Charlene); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Noah, Stella Marie and Lane; and his brother Fred Hallman (Kirby).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pine Mountain Volunteer Fire & Rescue. Donations can be sent to: P.O. Box 111 Remlap, AL. 35133.
