She is survived by: her husband William Lynn Fulmer; her sons, Michael Fulmer and Joseph Fulmer (Gina); her grandchildren, Eli Fulmer, Jathan Fulmer and Hayden Fulmer; her uncle John "PeeGee" Hutchins; her nieces, Linda Hayes (Richard) and Angie Baccus (David); and her nephew Dennis Hudgins (Misty).
