William Franklin Culpepper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2024, at the age of 88, William Franklin Culpepper of Troy, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gussie Monroe Culpepper and Chellie Mae Dease Culpepper; his stepfather Waldo Graddy; his sister Mary Lee Donahew; and his son-in-law Johnny Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Culpepper; his brother Robert Graddy (Linda) of Union Springs; his children, Tonya Gibson of Troy and Todd Culpepper (Jackie) of Dothan; his grandchildren, Kaylin Gibson, Tyler Culpepper (Bethany), Victoria Price (Jared) and Olivia Simmons (Brantley); and his caregivers, Martha Foster and Jennifer Bess. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hepzibah Baptist Church in honor of Mr. Willie.
