He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wood and Norma Wood; and his mother-in-law Delatha Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Lindy Mobley Wood of Troy, AL; his daughters, Erin Wood Sellers (Jared) of Enterprise, AL, Keri Wood of St. Charles, MO and Kristin Wood Daughtry (Taylor) of Enterprise; his sister Patricia Sharp (David) of Slocomb, AL; his grandchildren, Olivia Sellers, Luke Sellers, Elizabeth Sellers and Ruby Daughtry; and his father-in-law Lawrence Mobley of Brundidge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions a private graveside service will be held Saturday, April 18, 2020 in Banks Cemetery with Dr. Michael Mynatt officiating and Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
