She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Curtis Garrett and Susie Bessie Long Garrett; her husband Julius C. Elmore; and her siblings, Robert C. Garrett, Sr., Arlie Franklin Garrett, Mary Gullatte, Ruby Ingram, Walter Garrett and Buford Garrett.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Henderson of Troy, AL, Janette Wesley of Troy, AL and Grover Garrett of Troy, AL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
