It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Lamar Bynum (Troy, Alabama), who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Bynum and Emma Bynum (Parrish). He is survived by: his sister Lisa (Bynum) Luft (Jon); his nephews, Hardy Holland IV (Samantha) and Michael Holland; his niece Heather (Holland) Danyus (Roy); his great-nieces, Audrey Schultz and Abbie Holland; his aunts and uncles, Sara (Parrish), Halligan (Dale), Harvie Parrish (Mary), Rudolph Parrish, Orell Parrish (Doris) and Judy Lowery; his cousins, Sheila Rivenbark (Mark), Karen Franquiz (Ron) and Jamie Parrish (Katie); and his caregivers, Ann, Penny, Tammy, Will, Sharon and Janice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to ARC Jacksonville and Community Hospice of Jacksonville in Honor of Shawn.
