He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Joan Price; his parents, P. H. Price and Corine Price; his parents-in-law, Owen and Betty Greathouse; and his brother-in-law George E. Adams.
He is survived by: his son Bobby Price of Banks, AL; his grandchildren, Robby Price of Banks and Dee Price (Katie) of Banks; his great grandchildren, Raeny Price and Reid Price of Banks; and his sister Alice Faye Adams of North Carolina.
Instead of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Ramah Cemetery Fund or the Pike County Cattlemen's Association.
