He is survived by: his wife Lisa Spivey Hoffman; his stepson Jackson Harris; his siblings, Nancy Moellenbrink (Tom) and Russell Hoffman; his parents-in-law, June and Lamar Spivey; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Woodham (Benjy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
