It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raiford Jordan of Troy, Alabama, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lamon Jordan; his siblings, Barbara Campbell, Eugene Jordan, Mary Jane Henderson, Lucille Penn, Marie Beck and Marguente Flowers; his nephew Randy Jordan; and his son-in-law Everette McCurdy.
He is survived by: his brother J. C. Mills; his daughters, Amanda Jordan and Bridget Jordan; the mother of his children Diana Jordan; his daughters, Connie Jordan Brooks (Gary), Lisa McCurdy, Sheila Reese (Jem) and Sondra Utley (Charles); and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Korry Jordan, Aaron, Jessica, William McCurdy, Zac, Zane, Chase Reese, Meagan, Brian, Shannon O'Conner, Bo Morrell and Celeste Baker. He is also survived by grand kids and many nieces and nephews.
