He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Morgan; and his parents, Matthew Morgan and Mollie Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Williams (Leon) and Philip Morgan Jr. (Melanie); and his grandchildren, John Thomas Row IV and Mollie Frances Row.

In lieu of flowers that family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.

He was my boss at Sears on Ponce de Leon for 15 years and I was so blessed to have him be That Boss! I was only 18 and his guidance was always appreciated. We worked with some truly amazing people that I love & cherish to this day. Gentle Giant and I will treasure those memories always. May you cherish his love and the wonderful memories always and know he loved his family & was always very proud of you all. God Bless You All Always.”
