She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Pullen and Montez Pullen; and her brothers, LaDon Pullen and Tony Pullen. She is survived by: her husband Jim Parrish; her children, Susan Denise Carr (Milton) and Rusty Holladay; her grandchildren, Casey Pinckard, Jake Holladay and Josh Holladay; her great grandchild Kinsley Pinckard; and her siblings, Mike Pullen (Judy) and Diane Goble (Will).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
