It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oren Whalyn Oglesby (Troy, Alabama), who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Emma Oglesby; his mother Flora Oglesby; and his son-in-law Wayne Stubbs. He is survived by: his children, Anida Stubbs (Ron Miles), Susan Hall (Dean), Cindy Hammett (Johnny), Pam Gardner (Randy) and Stacey Oglesby (Dawn); his grandchildren, Kim Quattlebaum (Grady), Hamilton Stubbs (Savannah), Andrew Hall (Haley), Matt Hall, Jessie Hammett, Jody Hammett, Justin Allen, Jacob Allen, Sera Mace, Kady Bjornson (Blake), Seth Oglesby, Jason Hammett and Joshua Hammett (Kristin); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Stubbs, Bryant Stubbs, Harley Quattlebaum, Rylee Hall, AJ Hall, Landri Hall and Kennedy Allen.
