He was predeceased by: his wife Eddie Redmond Russell; and his parents, A. Leonie Russell and Elizabeth Russell. He is survived by: Cathy Fowler-McKinney. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a very large extended family.
Due to the latest COVID-19 requirements, all visitors will be required to wear masks and social distancing rules still apply.
