Though Nancy Grubbs may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy Grubbs touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Joe Taylor; her parents, Mims Grubbs and Edna Grubbs; and her brother Mike L. Grubbs. She is survived by: her brother Steve Grubbs (Nora); her niece Miklynn J. Spencer; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Signi Johnson, Stella Spencer and Kingston Spencer.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TARP (Troy Animal Rescue Project) in memory of Nancy.
