It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Lewis Floyd of Troy, Alabama, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Floyd and Eula Floyd; and his sister Nancy Schlehmeier. He is survived by: his wife Kerry Floyd; his daughter Kaitlin Floyd; his granddaughter Adley Floyd-Robbins; and his sister Dorothy Wilkins (Glen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to his granddaughter's college fund.
