She is survived by: her children, Susie Edwards (Bubba), Lisa Bundy, Denise Douglas (Kirk), Duke Hazel (Melissa), Lee Hazel (Sara), Tiffany Hazel, Kristy Rusie (Joe), Jessica Thrash (Ashton), Jennifer Austin (Brandon), Ashley Register (Ethan), Jeffery McDurmont and Kaidyn Hazel; and her grandchildren, Star Hazel, Annabell Hazel, Timothy Hazel, Tatum Hazel, Brianna Hazel, Ivey Owens (Shawn), Patty Bundy, Charles Bundy and Judson Douglas. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
