She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lamar Floyd; her parents, W. R. Dunn and Audrey Dunn; and her siblings, Martha Lou Day, Robert Dunn and Roy Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Michael Floyd (Skoie), James Todd Floyd (Amy N.) and Kelli Leanne Floyd; her grandchildren, Jeremy Floyd, Megan Floyd, Gage Floyd, Tucker Floyd (Jenna), Mary Hollis Floyd and Sarah Todd Floyd; and her siblings, Thomas Dunn, Linda Floyd (Robert), Diane Pieper (Chuck) and Charles Dunn (Cathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
