She was predeceased by: her spouse Sidney Starling; her parents, Leroy Ammons and Eavie Ammons; and her grandson Hunter Russell Starling. She is survived by: her son David Starling (Beth); her grandchildren, Will Starling (Brooke), Josh Starling (Emily), Mary Margaret Starling May (L. C.), Anna Marshall Starling and Drew Starling; her great grandchildren, Ansley Starling and Sawyer Starling; and her sister Lou Ellen Dunn. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church choir, a hospice of your choice, or the Troy Public Library.
