She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Carroll and Susan Carroll; and her brother John Thomas Carroll. She is survived by: her husband Phil Moore; her children, John Moore (Mary) and Phyllis Fenn (John); her grandchildren, Michael Moore, Britney Fenn and Katherine Suzanne Fenn; and her brothers, Howard Carroll (Jean), Carson Carroll (Regina) and Cliff Carroll (Sara).

The family will accept flowers, but memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or Sav-a Life Foundation.
