She was predeceased by: her father Earl Abercrombie; her siblings, Robert Abercrombie and Minnie Abercrombie; and her father-in-law Grady Post. She is survived by: her husband David Post; her daughters, Madyson Dickey and Sydni Dickey; her mother Margaret Abercrombie; her grandson Liam Perrigin; her siblings, Shannon Medina (Rafael), Roger Abercrombie and Richard Adams (Jackie); and her mother-in-law Martha Post.
She then dedicated another 15 years to her nursing career with Troy Health and Rehabilitation and made the ultimate sacrifice as a caregiver on the frontlines of the pandemic.
