She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Milford Stone; her parents, Ruby Hester and Norris Hester; her daughter Lisa Marie Stone Bond; and her granddaughter Katherine Ann Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Stone and Mike Stone (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Hannah Lee, Jennifer Pukish (Mike), Ashley Stone (Alan Belcher), Alex Stone (Amanda) and Chelsea Toglia (Andrew). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, as well as numerous family members and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Troy Public Library, the Salvation Army of Troy, or American Legion Post 70, of which Lucy was a lifelong member.
