He is survived by: his children, John Wayne Collier (Kristina Tyner), Tara Cain Munoz and Robert Raymond Johnson; his grandchildren, Abigail MarLynn Collier, John Wayne "Duke" Collier Jr., Jax Dean Collier, Luis Cain Munoz, Paloma Cain Munoz, Alondra Munoz and Kylee Jade Johnson; and his siblings, Rhonda Motta (Ines) and Shirley Sanders (Jim).
