He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Chalmus Jackson and Gertrude "Todd" Jackson; and his niece Joy Faith Jackson. He is survived by: his friend Jimmie; his wife Jimmie Stinson Jackson; his daughter Shayne Slingluff (Ben) of Dothan, AL; his grandchildren, Jack, Sadie, Zeke and Bo; his brother Rev. Ronnie Jackson (Hazel); his siblings-in-law, Joe Stinson and Ann Stinson Webb (Larry); his nephews, Phillip Webb (Shelly) and Joshua Webb; his niece Kaye Jackson; and his caregiver Linda Walker.
