She is survived by: her father Norman Douglas Green of Wilkinstown, AL; her daughters, Amy Forehand (Brad) of Wilkinstown, AL and Mandi Suggs (Jason) of Millbrook, AL; her grandchildren, Braden Forehand of Wilkinstown, AL, Brantley Forehand of Wilkinstown, AL, Alyssa Forehand of Wilkinstown, AL, Bryant Forehand of Wilkinstown, AL, Caroline Suggs of Millbrook, AL and Ava Suggs of Millbrook, AL; and her brother Larry Green (Jane) of Jack, AL. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces Nephews & Cousins.
