With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Roy Moran Jr. of Troy, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy Moran, Sr. and Ruth Martino of D'Iberville, MS.. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Moran (Fountain); and his children, John Roy Moran III, Brandi DeSandro (Mike), Darlia Roberts, Casie Scott (Derek), Kemberly Groue (Gerald), Shane Moran (Jessica), Courtney Jinright (Jerod) and Emelta Liptrot.

In lieu of flowers, a monetary donation would be greatly appreciated to fund funeral expenses.
