He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lunsford and Ruth Lunsford; and his siblings, Foy, Margaret, Bernice and Brenda.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Lunsford; his children, Jim Lunsford (Joy) and Holly Slaughter (Al); his grandchildren, Jaxen Lunsford, Jennalee Lunsford, Mary Stoltze and Ridge Slaughter; and his sisters, Elizabeth Grissett, Diane Harrellson and Beverly Casey (James).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Park Memorial United Methodist Church or the Pike Medical Foundation.
