With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry F. Vinson (Troy, Alabama), who passed away on June 18, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Sarah S. Vinson; his parents, Mary Vinson and Frank Vinson; and his stepson Jack Corbitt. He is survived by: his wife Amy R. Vinson. He is also survived by many stepchildren and step grandchildren.
He loved to help others and donated to many political and charitable causes, such as Pike Pioneer Museum, Alabama Cattlemen's Association, several party politicians, as well as his local church and the "down and out.".
