He is survived by: his wife Misty Taylor Powell; his children, Claire Powell Nelson (Chace) and Clay Powell; his parents, Robert Powell and Carolyn Powell; his brothers, Mark Powell, Ryan Powell and Drew Powell (Leanne); his parents-in-law, Mike and Lisa Taylor; his sister-in-law Sheena Green (Matt); and his caregiver Chelsei Ward. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pmat Spring Hill Baptist Church (64 County Rd 3350, Troy, AL 36079). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Springhill Cemetery (98 County Rd 3350, Troy, AL 36079).
