She is survived by: her daughter Bayleigh Wooten; her mother Donna Chancey; her brothers, Jeffrey Nelson (Ashley) and Jackson Nelson; her niece Madison Nelson; her nephew Evan Nelson; her grandmothers, Judy Chancey and Martha Broadway; and her father Donovan Nelson.
