He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adair and Nell Adair; his parents-in-law, Orris and Irene Sanders; and his brother Ernie Adair.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Adair; his children, Nicole Adair (Charlie Leverett), Shay Chance (Shane) and Jay Adair (Jessica); his grandchildren, Braxton Stewart (Kaylee), Brandon Gasper, Lauren Chance, Jayleigh Adair, Miller Adair, Mason Adair, Myles Adair, Brentley Chance, Tate Adair and Tucker Adair; his great grandchildren, Rylie Gasper, Bryar Stewart and Hunter Gray Stewart; and his sister Phyllis Petty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
