He is survived by: his wife Kaye Grissett; his daughters, Lynn Powell (Doug) and Jodi Grissett (Rick Buckner); his grandchildren, DJ Powell (Anna), Daniel Powell (Shelby) and Blake Powell (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Emma Kay Powell, Amelia Portwood, Brystol Powell, Blakeleigh Powell, Blaze Powell and MJ Powell; his sisters, Betty Peddycoart (Gary) and Janie Davey (Jeff); his nephew Jim Lott (Maria); and his great-niece Brandy Lott.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
