We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 91, Grace Jinene Sanders Drinkard (Troy, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Hugh Drinkard; her parents, Gilbert Sanders and Ivery Lois Sanders; and her siblings, Perry Sanders (Molly), Tramel Sanders, James Sanders, Will Sanders, Walter Sanders, Herman Sanders (Elenda), Isaac Sanders, Mary Folmar (William), Frances Tidwell (Cephas) and Irene Sanders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Finlay (Bill) of Palmyra, Rebecca Baggett (Kenneth) of Palmyra and Sandra McLendon (Burt) of Troy; her grandchildren, Robb Finlay (Chelsea) of Palmyra, David Finlay (Ashley) of Spanish Fort, Josh Finlay (Joy) of Montgomery, John Baggett (Alyson) of Montevallo, Courtney Holloway (Jason) of Enterprise and Kristen Albrect (Jimmy) of Wetumpka; her siblings, Oscar Sanders (Patsy), Ned Sanders (Nancy), Ted Sanders, Aline Garrett (Chester), Bessie Grissette (James), Sara Taylor (Larry), Betty Ann Phillips (Ceph) and Elaine Wells (Butch); her sisters-in-law, Mary Alyce Sanders, Louise Sanders and Carrie Sanders; her caregivers, Dot Green and Mary Henderson; and also, Robert Drinkard, Boyd Drinkard (Pat), Donnie Drinkard (Pat) and Ammonette Kyzar (Raymond). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, numerous loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
