He was predeceased by: his son Kelly Baxter; and his parents, Glenn Baxter and Christine Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Head Baxter; his daughter Karen Baxter Faulkner (Jeff); his granddaughters, Christian Faulkner and Cailey Faulkner; and his great grandchild Kenleigh Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
