He is survived by: his wife Pam Kelley; his children, Adam Kelley (Amy) and Anna Lowery (Chris); his daughter-in-law Angie Roberson (Josh); his grandchildren, Laney Rawls (Charlie), Hunter Kelley, Gracie Lowery, Asa Lowery and Levi Lowery; his sister Patricia Rea; his siblings-in-law, Bruce McGinty (Jessie) and Rita Norris; his nephew George Rea; his nieces, Tera McWhorter (David) and Sarah Bailey (Chris); and his close friend Charlotte Blumentritt.
