She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Gilbert and Ivey Lois Johnson Sanders; her stepmother Mary Lillian Johnson Sanders; her husband Cephas Love Wilson Tidwell; and her siblings, Tramel Sanders, Perry Sanders, James Sanders, Will Sanders, Walter Sanders, Herman Sanders and Mary Emma Sanders Folmar.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jinene Drinkard, Aline Garrett (Chester), Bessie Grissette (James), Sara Taylor (Larry), Betty Phillips (Cephas), Elaine Wells (Butch), Oscar Sanders (Patsy), Ned Sanders (Nancy) and Ted Sanders; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Alyce Sanders, Louise Sanders and Carrie Sanders. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
