He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Omasta and Stephanie Omasta; his brother Larry Omasta; and his grandson Angelo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathrine "Kathy" Nichols Omasta; his siblings, Joseph Omasta (Dee) and Rose Marie De Szendeffy (Stephen); and his children, Debra Cox (Gary) and Mark Omasta (Amy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Habitat for Humanity or the Pike County American Heart Association.
