He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Edwin Bivin and Cathy Bivin of Jack, AL; his siblings, Edith Corley of Jack, AL, Dawnita Mimbs (Joe) of South Side, AL and Kenneth Bivin of Irvington, AL; his children, Drake Guy, Evie Bivin, Brandon Tadlock, Ashlyn Bivin and Daniel Bivin; and his fiancée Brandy Wilson of Birmingham, AL..

In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society in his name and his friend Mason Jarr.
