She was predeceased by : her husband Hilary Cecil Davis; her parents, Joel D. Gibson and Allie Pearl Whitehead Gibson; and her siblings, Herman Gibson, Thorton Gibson, Marie Gibson Law, Eleanor Gibson Law and Mary Gibson Roberson.

She is survived by : her daughter Rhonda Davis Flowers (James Gordon) of Troy, Alabama; her grandchildren, Stacy Flowers of Annapolis, Jamie Flowers Kelley (William Kenneth) of Pleasant Home and Christy Flowers Stanley (Nicholas Christopher) of Madison, Alabama; and her great grandchildren, Carlee Kristen Kelley Mangum (Willis) of Columbia, William James Kelley, Nicholas James Stanley and James Percy McKenzie-Flowers.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079). A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Colley Senior Complex in Troy.
