He was predeceased by: his parents, L. L. Drinkard and Ina Beard Drinkard; his siblings, Charles Drinkard, Billy Drinkard, Robert Drinkard, Hugh Drinkard, Alvin Drinkard, Mary Claire Drinkard, Betty Knotts and Ammanette Kyzar; and also Earl Tatom.
He is survived by: his close friend Pat Tatom; his brother Boyd Drinkard (Pat); his brother-in-law Raymond Kyzar; and also, Sherry Tatom and Cindy Moore (Joey Herold). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hopewell Cemetery Trust at Troy Bank & Trust.
