She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow W. Flowers and Mildred L. Flowers. She is survived by: her former husband Charles E. Rowell; her husband Colonel Charles Perkins of Prattville, Alabama; her son Charles Rowell (Julie) of Prattville, Alabama; her granddaughters, Ansley Elizabeth Rowell of Manhattan and Anna Elizabeth Rowell of Prattville, Alabama; her sister Donna McLeod (Donny) of Camden, Alabama; and her nieces, Daphne Malone (William) and Ashley Turner (John).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the Merry Wood Lodge-Memory Care (280 Mt. Hebron Road Elmore, Alabama 36025-1526).
