He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dean and Faye Dean; and his brother Rodney Dean. He is survived by: his wife Stacey Penn Dean; his children, Mackenzi Stokes (Riley) and Reed Johnson (Lillian); his grandchildren, Annie James Johnson and Baby Stokes; and his siblings, Randy Dean (Judy), Donna Wise (Ken) and Joey Dean (Marcy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Collegedale Church of Christ (701 John M Long Drive, 36081, Troy, AL 36082). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Collegedale Christian Student Center.
