He was predeceased by: his father Ira W. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Pam Thompson; his children, Derrick Thompson (Ammie) and Dejie Guerrier (Matt); his grandchildren, Ava Grayce Guerrier, Asa C. Thompson, Jack Ira Guerrier and Lou Lou Thompson; his mother Mert Thompson; his pet Poncho; and his caregiver Ashley Siler.
