He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther Garrett and Lucy Pearl Williams Garrett (Lucille); and his siblings, Evelyn Garrett, Melvin Garrett, James Garrett, Brady Garrett, Bradley Garrett, Douglas Garrett and Betty Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Aline Sanders Garrett; his children, Renae Garrett and Kenneth H. Garrett Sr. (Michele); his grandchildren, Kenneth H. Garrett, Jr., Zachary L. Johnson and Emily Garrett; his great grandchildren, Kelsey Gordy, Zoe Garrett, Aubriana Johnson, Skylar Grace Penn and Traigan Johnson; and his brothers, Johnny Garrett and Abner Garrett.
