It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte R Stewart of Troy, Alabama, who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Charlotte shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charlotte farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. David C. Stewart, Sr.; her parents, George Rivers and Edna Bullard Rivers; and her brothers, Ronnie Rivers and Jack Rivers.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Asher (Lawrence), Katie Beasley (Steve), David Stewart (Angie) and Bernie Warren (Tim); and her siblings, Betty Sloan and Randy Rivers. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; and Numerous Great-Grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Ramah Baptist Church (17849 N US HWY 29, Banks, AL 36005).
