Carla Cook Guthrie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carla Cook Guthrie of Troy, Alabama, who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Drexel Cook and Nell Cook of Elba; and her son Drex. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her grandson Cade Lyons of Aberdeen, NC; and her brothers-in-law, Gene Dolby of Grand Blanc, MI and Sam Vogel, Jr. of Little, AR. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a small service for family and close friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at 11 am, Park Memorial Methodist Church, Troy, Alabama.
Contributions may be made to the Park Memorial Methodist Church or the Cancer Wellness Foundation in Montgomery.
