He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Justice; and his parents, Charles H. Lee and Myrtle Davis Lee. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Shelly Pevehouse (Austin) and Brynleigh Justice; his stepson Dustin Justice (Brooklyn); his great grandchild Landen Pevehouse; and his siblings, Jean Harrell and David Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
