He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edwards and Eva Nell Edwards; and his brothers, Tommy Edwards and Willie Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Edwards of Troy; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Christy Edwards of Mobile; his stepchildren, Ken, Gina Tillery of Troy, Tim, Wanda Tillery, Lynn and Dan Maddocks; his brothers, Neal Edwards and Eugene Edwards of Troy; and his sister-in-law Shirley Barron. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
