She was predeceased by: her husband Col. Earl H. Fain, Jr.; her parents, Lamar Fred and Julia Munn Beaty; and her sister Erma B. Helms. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Phillips (Glenn) and Cathy Fain; her grandchildren, Ryan Phillips (Leigh), Tyler Phillips (Kelsi) and Megan Phillips; her great grandchild Hollis Phillips; and her sister Jolene Clark.
