He is survived by: his wife Linda Carr; his daughters, Cathy Malkoff (Gene) and Connie Carr Hurst; his grandchildren, Abby Hurst Berry (Ryan), Bailey Hurst (Drew Goodson), David Malkoff and Anna Beth Malkoff; and his great grandchildren, William James Berry and Whittaker Drew Goodson.
