It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Larry Martin of Trinity, Alabama, born in Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Waits Martin and Marshall; and his siblings, Brenda Martin Marks and Marshall Barry Martin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans Martin; his daughters, Brette Burnes (Daniel) of Decatur and Suzie Chambers (Marty) of Decatur; his brother Jim Martin; his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Martin of Decatur and Connie Clay Martin of Decatur; his brother Gerald; his sister-in-law Barbara Marks of Decatur; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Beth Evans of Hartselle; and his grandchildren, Eli, Jake Burnes, Anna, Abby Stetler, Arden, Krystyn and Rebekah Chambers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid situation, please know that the family understands if some are not comfortable with attending in person; therefore, the funeral will be livestreamed through Roselawn funeral home's Facebook page at the time of service. The family respectfully asks those who attend in person to please wear a mask to help protect other vulnerable people in attendance.
